On 16 April at 2 PM GMT we will experience together a Global Silent Five Minutes: Coming Together to Heal Our World. The event is from 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm GMT, and featured speakers include Sri Sri Ravishankar, Art of Living Foundation; Sister Jenna, Brahma Kumaris; Ben Bowler, Unity Earth; Tim Boyd, Theosophical Society; and more.
The power of this moment is in the possibility for us to come together, to consciously unite in a Global Field of focused awareness and intention, through this specific event. We invite the observation of a continuing shared daily practice. In India there is already simultaneous meditation at 8am and 6pm Indian Standard Time. In the hope of maximizing the number of people participating, we encourage the form of practice comfortable to you (meditation, prayer, quiet time) at 8 am, 6pm or 8pm (2 pm GMT) Indian Standard time.
